What We Offer
Salt Cave Wellness Centre CIC delivers calm, accessible and sensory-friendly wellbeing workshops in schools, community centres, GP practices, family hubs and care homes.
Our programmes are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and designed to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, confidence and resilience.
Our Workshops

Breathing & Relaxation (Children)
A gentle, engaging session teaching simple breathing exercises, grounding skills and emotional regulation tools.
Perfect for: EYFS, primary & SEND. -

Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation (Schools)
Interactive activities helping children understand emotions, reduce anxiety and build resilience through mindfulness, visual tools and sensory grounding.

Stress & Anxiety Reduction (Teens & Adults)
Practical tools to manage stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep and cope with daily pressures.
Great for: students, parents, women, carers. -

Sensory Calming (ASD/ADHD)
A neurodiversity-affirming session with sensory tools, fidgets, visuals and gentle movement to support emotional regulation.

A peaceful, supportive space focusing on relaxation, breathwork, grounding and emotional connection.

Light, seated movement and breathing practices to reduce tension, loneliness and overwhelm.
