Salt Cave Wellness Centre CIC provides free and low-cost wellbeing workshops for children, families, women, carers, seniors and neurodivergent young people.
Our mission is to make emotional wellbeing simple, gentle and accessible for every community member.

About Salt Cave Wellness Centre CIC

Salt Cave Wellness Centre CIC is a community organisation providing accessible wellbeing workshops across Birmingham.
We support children, families, women, carers, seniors and neurodivergent young people through breathing sessions, mindfulness, sensory calming and stress-reduction workshops.

Our mission is to make emotional wellbeing simple, gentle and accessible for everyone — especially those facing financial barriers, anxiety, neurodivergence or isolation.

We deliver calm, sensory-friendly and trauma-informed workshops including:

  • Breathing & relaxation sessions for children

  • Mindfulness & emotional regulation workshops

  • Sensory calming (ASD/ADHD-friendly)

  • Stress & anxiety reduction for teens and adults

  • Women’s wellbeing circles

  • Carers & seniors relaxation sessions

Our workshops create meaningful support for people experiencing stress, anxiety, neurodiversity-related overwhelm, loneliness, low income or the impact of the cost-of-living crisis.
